Welcome

Mission Statement

The Leica and Photography Club of Brisbane is an informal group which specifically caters for persons who have an interest in photography, but do not wish to belong to a conventional camera club with the usual emphasis on competition.

Many members do own and use a Leica camera, but this is not a pre-requisite for membership. Meetings of the group generally consist of slides or digital images shown by one or more members, depicting travels or other topics of general interest.

Other activities include presentations by a guest speaker on some aspect of photography, and an annual Christmas social gathering associated with an informal slide and print competition.
